"As first time homebuyers entering the pandemic market, to say we were feeling apprehensive is an understatement. Despite the difficult market, Raynetta made the process enjoyable! She listened to what we hoped for, encouraged us, took the time to help us learn in each step, was a warming presence, honest, positive, and knowledgeable.
